The Keysight M80896RCA application automates stressed signal calibration used for testing the inputs of LPDDR6 SDRAM devices, including DIMM, DRAM, and memory controllers, at the physical layer. This approach ensures that your devices meet performance and interoperability standards. The software automatically performs all calibration routines and conformance testing by controlling the required instruments. The LPDDR6 test methodology is a prerelease development by Keysight Technologies, facilitating design pathfinding and early adoption.
The application enables you to do the following:
- Use remote control for the main test instrumentation.
- Ensure repeatable and real world system impairments with automated calibration.
- Perform automatic and unattended conformance testing and characterization measurements.
- Receive quick and easy measurement results to assess the performance of your device under test without expertise in bit error rate testers (BERTs).
- Save calibration results in tabular, graphical, and HTML formats.
The test application uses the same user interface as most other Keysight transmitter test applications. When performing setup changes, instructions and diagrams guide you to minimize errors.
