The Keysight N2879A fine pitch accessory kit offers the ideal set of accessories needed for probing fine pitch ICs and components with N2870A Series passive probes. The kit includes IC caps, insulating cap, protection cap, ground spring, ground blade, replacement probe tips, dual-lead adapters, hook tip adapter, PCB adapters, IC clips, SMD clips and 2-leg probe positioner (N2786A).
