MEET THE NEW KEYSIGHT INFINIIUM EXR-SERIES OSCILLOSCOPES

The best oscilloscope you will ever need
Powerful. Easy to Own. Intuitive to Use.
Welcome to the all-new Keysight Infiniium EXR-Series oscilloscopes. With eight models ranging in performance from 500 MHz to 2.5 GHz, 4 or 8 channels, and dozens of hardware and software options, the Infiniium EXR-Series is powerful, easy to own, and intuitive to use.

For instance, each model incorporates a 10-bit ADC with a sample rate of 16 GSa/s available on all channels simultaneously. With up to 16 bits of resolution with high-res mode, noise as low as 43 µV, and up to 9.0 bits system ENOB, the EXR-Series ensures you see the most accurate representation of your signal possible.

In addition to designing powerful oscilloscopes, we wanted to make it simple to use.
Hence with the EXR-Series, we made maximizing performance automatic, always-on, and with no guesswork from you. Not just that, we designed it to be more than an oscilloscope, offering 7-in-1 instrument integration including a counter, digital voltmeter, function generator, frequency response analyzer, and more.
